Diet for thin people
To gain some weight I think it’s necessary to eat a lot of food with proteins, for example: meat, tuna, milk, ice-cream, hamburgers, rice, chicken; but also you have to eat salads, fruits, vegetables, bread, among other things. In every diet you have to include water because it’s essential to be healthy.
Diet for Fat people...
For breakfast:
Cereal, Low Fat Milk, 1 apple,1 slice of bread
For Lunch:
Fried fish, Salad (Lettuce, carrot and tomatoes)1 peach, drink natural tea
For Dinner:
Tuna salad, drink water, 1 pear
